Rocktron Replifex Patch
Reviews >Guitars >Rocktron MIDI Mate. The Rocktron MIDI Mate is a well- constructed and easy- to- use MIDI foot controller. Its compact footprint and simple layout. The Rocktron MultiValve was an evolution of the Replifex, which was the predecessor of the Xpression. Most of the things I'm writing in this review can directly apply.
Click to expand.I use mine 100% wet from the line out of two amplifiers into two powered PA speakers. So if I add any modulation, it is only on the repeats and reverb, which makes it sound more subtle.
I usually run two delays panned wide, one around mid 400ms the other somewhere around mid 300ms. I pretty much use 2 settings, one with the feedback/repeats and volume higher and one lower (for lead and rhythm). I also set one up that is a short delay on both sides (like 20ms and 40ms) for the Van Halen Cathedral sound, but that was just for fun. I just set up the delay to sound good, back it off a little, then set a barely audible reverb. I set the reverb to go something like 90% on direct sound and 10% on delay sound so it doesn't wash out the delay. Click to expand.I have a TON of presets for this unit!

I spent years making them myself, cause I could not find what I wanted anywhere in the unit itself, or on the Patchbay. I have two text files I put out last year, and MANY more Sysex files for it. First, the text files: There may be some overlap between those--it's been a long time since I've checked them, or even used the Intellifex, to be honest! And I've compiled a new zip file with all the presets in the text files, plus a bunch more: Here's a few clips from my Soundcloud page: [SOUNDCLOUD][SOUNDCLOUD][SOUNDCLOUD][SOUNDCLOUD][SOUNDCLOUD]I also have a newer clip of a different AH Swell+Reverb preset, one that sounds (to me) a little more like the real UD-Stomp version: Everything is programmed for stereo--keep this in mind! I have no idea how it's going to sound in mono, to be honest.
For certain presets like 'AH Volume Swell,' 'Cloud Swells,' 'Landau Swell,' 'Chord Pad Swell,' etc., they're meant to be played with a volume pedal, or volume swells from the guitar. All of them have some dense multitap delay patterns that don't really sound right any other way. Free Roxio Activation Key. The 'DynMod' delay patches only work in stereo--the modulation rates, depths, and delay times were all chosen to create a panning effect on the delays.
This is the only way to get a panning effect on the Intellifex, since there is no 'Auto-Pan' feature like you'd find on the Replifex. I'm probably going to revisit the Intellifex soon--it's been a long time since I programmed anything for it, as I've been busy for the last year programming the Lexicon PCM80 and its Pitch Card.
I just got a Rocktron Xpression the other day though, and I'm loving the sounds, so I might try the Intellifex again too and see what I can come up with. I'm really interested in the 'modulated reverbs' (which are really mod echo>verb setups) in particular, as I think that's probably the Intellifex's greatest strength (and also its biggest surprise, as I don't think there's a single factory preset like that). Let me know if you have any questions, or requests for presets!
Black Cat Air Compressor Bc2502 Manual. Click to expand. From my experience, these DO work with the Intellifex, but not with anything 'higher up'--I have two of these dirt-cheap MIDI cables and they do just fine with the Intellifex, but don't work at all with my Lexicon PCM80, which I had to buy the M-Audio UNO cable for as well. I think it has to do with the length of the Sysex strings being sent--I looked at the length of the strings in MIDI-Ox and the PCM80's strings were over 10 times as long as the Intellifex ones. That being said, the quality control is not good for these dirt-cheap ones and I've read many stories of people who buy a batch, and some of them don't work at all with their gear. So if anybody tries one and it doesn't work, you can either try another one or get the UNO cable (recommended--it works every time!). Thanks Analogkid for the patches.
I cant seem to do more than just load a single patch at a time, I had wanted to back mine up and save the patches but cant seem to get that to happen.I would like to make or write a patch but I dont know enough about how do to them. I was wondering if anyone else had some great patches and or sets that could be loaded in either in banks or individually? There might be a couple of custom patches on the unit I bought if someone can explain to me how to save and print or save and post the file i don't mind sharing. Credit Card Numbers Hacking Software. I would like some rock patches, maybe that could be used with Aldrich (Whitesnake/Dio 2006 w/d/w sound), maybe some stuff to go with others 80's Rock music? Both for clean and dirty, any one have any patches they can share?
