Though Seu Jorge is one of Brazil’s most celebrated singers and actors, he is perhaps best known for his role in Wes Anderson’s 2004 film The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou, in which Jorge reinterpreted a number of David Bowie’s biggest hits, performed in Portuguese and featuring Jorge solo on acoustic guitar, became something entirely unique.
