I've logged as my email address. I did get both serial numbers. I believe I have both Lightroom and Elements 12 registered. I'm having trouble getting a response code for Elements 12 and I assume LR as the computer they are on is not on line.

I have checked and rechecked the 44 digit code and my serial number. They seem to be correct however when submitted for a 'response code' it shows them both as wrong. I need to give it a rest as I'm sure you know how frustrating this can be to customers. I also have a friend that works with Adobe software and he is doing some checking for me. Thank you so much for responding. If I'm not clear I will try again tomorrow.
